Job summary

Lactalis USA is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Casa Grande, AZ. The role involves supplying ingredients and packaging materials, loading/unloading trailers with a standup forklift, and moving products to the distribution center.

A 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation is offered with up to $22 per hour, plus shift differentials. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of forklift experience; experience in a dairy or food manufacturing environment

• 6 months to 1-year experience driving a standup forklift.
• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with RAF and SAP preferred.

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator based in Casa Grande, Arizona.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operator will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 PM - 06:30 AM or 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM) on a 2 - 2 - 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.)

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.

• Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.
