Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work 24/7 including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines and RF terminals.
• Learn warehouse layout and operating procedures.
• Perform basic math without a calculator.
• Stand, walk, and move rapidly during a shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 80-100 lbs occasionally.
• Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Establish good rapport with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders by selecting items from warehouse per store orders.
• Places items on pallets, ensures stability and safety for shipment.
• Stage pallets at dock doors for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move product from receiving to slots.
• Receive product, check documentation and counts; ensure product quality.
• Consolidate loads and load for delivery with proper weight distribution.
• Maintain productivity, safety, and sanitation standards daily.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
