Pay Range

Base pay range: $23.00/hr

Work Hours

The shift hours are 3PM - 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility and some mandatory overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform safety checks on equipment before use.
• Manage material handling, including transporting materials to and from storage, machines, and loading docks, in/out of trailers.
• Identify and transport materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas.
• Follow GMP & Food safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Meet production standards and quotas.
• Familiar with warehouse/distribution operations.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a forklift operator preferred.
• Experience in distribution industry is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Working Conditions

Primarily in a warehouse environment with temperatures between -10 and 45 degrees. Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and moving about. Overtime and weekend work may be required. PPE such as steel-toed shoes, eye protection, and gloves are necessary.
