Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd
Additional $1.50 shift differential from 3:30 pm to 7 am

What we need from you:

We prioritize safe, clean, and healthy workspaces and seek individuals who share this commitment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years old with 0-1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence
• Ability to interpret documentation related to scheduled moves, printouts, and store tickets accurately
• Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions with co-workers, supervisors, and managers
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, plastic compactors, forklifts, and carts
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification and complete cart driver training satisfactorily
• Proficiency in entering product/move data into terminals daily
• Ability to work in cold/freezing temperatures of 30 degrees
• Understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and eventual familiarity with SAP
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply common sense to carry out tasks
• Computer literacy is highly beneficial
• Good communication skills and professionalism in interactions
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations; use of PPE required
