Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator in Jacksonville, Florida.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a clean driving record, personal vehicle, and be able to travel within the area approximately 25-50% of the time
• Strong technical skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• High level of accuracy and initiative
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Handle paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Support automated packing systems during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
