Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Aurora, CO to support its warehouse team with forklift and pallet jack operation, material movement, and organized work areas in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety and reliability with on-the-job training as needed. You will work a Sunday to Wednesday shift starting at 3pm until finished, with supervision support to help you succeed in tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks, with potential training on the job.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Comfort with physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Reliable and able to work the scheduled shift.
• Willingness to learn and perform assigned tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 3pm until finished Sun, Mon, Tues & Wed

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment where applicable

• Move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse operations

• Follow established procedures for handling freight, staging items, and maintaining organized work areas

• Complete other assigned warehouse projects and tasks as directed by your supervisor

• Maintain attention to detail while working to meet operational needs during your shift

What's Needed?

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks (training and on-the-job support may be available for the right candidate)

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions consistently

• Comfort working in a warehouse setting and performing physical tasks as required

• Reliability and willingness to work the assigned shift schedule

• Basic ability to learn warehouse processes and complete assigned tasks accurately
