Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Aurora, CO 80011 to support daily shipping and receiving activities. The role requires a safety-first mindset and clear communication to keep freight moving on time.

The position offers a 6:30AM–3:00PM shift Tuesday through Saturday, with a pay rate of $19 per hour and weekly pay. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, for safety compliance and documentation.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and to load and unload trucks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read customer orders and determine items to be moved or shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse remains accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Complete work safely by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Take check calls from drivers and monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries.

Our client, transportation and logistics operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting daily shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have clear communication, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep freight moving on time, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate I

Location: Aurora, CO 80011

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00pm Tuesday-Saturday

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped

• Ensure the warehouse remains accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic

• Complete work in a safe manner by adhering to all safety policies and procedures

• Take check calls from drivers, validate load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting purposes, and monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to confirm loads arrive on time and in good condition
