Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks and support daily warehouse tasks, moving materials safely and efficiently.

This role requires a strong safety mindset, reliability, and the ability to work a Sunday to Wednesday shift from 3pm until finish. Training may be available, and opportunities to grow in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Comfort working in a warehouse setting and performing physical tasks.

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment where applicable
• Move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse operations
• Follow established procedures for handling freight, staging items, and maintaining organized work areas
• Complete other assigned warehouse projects and tasks as directed by your supervisor
• Maintain attention to detail while working to meet operational needs during your shift

What's Needed?

• Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks (training and on-the-job support may be available for the right candidate)
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions consistently
• Comfort working in a warehouse setting and performing physical tasks as required
• Reliability and willingness to work the assigned shift schedule
• Basic ability to learn warehouse processes and complete assigned tasks accurately
