Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in California to join our client’s All Operations team. The role requires safely operating Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving.

Shifts are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Saturday with overtime. Candidates should have 1–3 years’ forklift experience and be able to lift 40 lbs. and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience operating a Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to manually lift up to 40 lbs. and operate powered pallet jacks.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and routine calculations.
• Familiarity with safety practices and good manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment for accurate shipping and receiving.
• Perform inventory counts, staging, locating, picking, and relocating products.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain good documentation practices.
• Conduct critical control checks and resolve safety or quality compliance issues.
• Assist in training others and take on additional duties as needed.
