Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Warehouse Operators to join a leading warehouse logistics team in Edgerton, KS. As a Forklift Operator with reach truck and cherry picker experience, you will support inbound shipments, pick, pack, and prepare orders, and help maintain accurate inventory while following safety protocols.

This day shift runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, offering a collaborative team environment, growth opportunities, and competitive pay plus benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or related fields.
• Forklift Operators require at least 1 year of recent forklift experience on reach truck and cherry picker
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency with basic technology and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound shipments by unloading and moving products safely within warehouse environments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments based on daily orders.
• Ensure all inventory is accurately counted, inspected for damage, and stored correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols and SOPs.
