Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United States is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to move and organize waste materials, following strict safety procedures.

The role also involves baler operation, FIFO storage, and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, forklift and electric pallet jack experience, and a dependable, punctual, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1–2 years operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Positive attitude, punctuality and reliability as a team member.

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring efficient and safe handling of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 6am - 6pm

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment to collect, transport, and organize waste materials throughout the facility while following all safety procedures.
• Perform heavy lifting to load waste into the baler, operate baling equipment to compact materials for efficient disposal or transport, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing materials according to established warehouse procedures.
• Store and pull materials following good FIFO practices.
• Pull, scan, and deliver production materials and finished goods.
• Maintain proper documentation and storage records in accordance with warehouse procedures.

What's Needed?

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Positive attitude, good punctuality, and a reliable team member.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and verification of education.
