Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to join our full-time team in Murfreesboro, TN. The role involves floor care duties across designated areas, with day and night shifts including weekends. Starting pay is $15.80 per hour, with safety and reliability as core expectations.

As part of a large facility-services provider, you will work under supervision, maintain clean and safe spaces, and follow all company policies. Prior floor care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and chemical-handling documents (English).
• Climbing ladders and stairs; bending and reaching as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout as assigned.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects; follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized; report needed repairs or hazards to supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and use janitorial tools and equipment as directed.
