Qualifications

• Experience operating floor cleaning equipment and using chemicals safely.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Dexterity and physical stamina for lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout work.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using proper equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large objects safely, follow safety guidelines, and report needed repairs to supervision.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.
