Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to perform floor care duties across designated areas and ensure safe, clean spaces. The role involves carpet and hard-floor upkeep, stripping/waxing, and following chemical-handling guidelines.

We expect familiarity with janitorial tools, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols. This full-time position offers benefits and requires flexibility for shifts including days and nights.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Follow manufacturer specifications for preparing chemicals and using equipment.
