Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to support facility services across client sites in the US. The role involves floor cleaning, stripping, waxing, and carpet care, following safety rules and using approved chemicals.

Full-time, 30+ hours per week, with days/nights including weekends. Starting wage is $16.15 per hour. Applicants should have at least one year of floor care experience and be able to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and move objects.
• Read safety and maintenance manuals (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, and floor treatments.
• Scrub, shine and clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Move furniture safely and report repairs and hazards.
• Follow safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures.
• Record hours and tasks using KBSPresence app.
