Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to join our team in a fast-paced facility environment. You will perform floor care tasks including stripping, waxing, bonnet cleaning, carpet care, and general housekeeping while following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Prior floor care experience is preferred and punctuality matters on day and night shifts. Starting pay is $16.88 per hour with full-time benefits that include medical, vision, dental, 401(k)

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds for totes and perform physical tasks listed in job duties.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and chemical handling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed and report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.
