Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate in the United States to help maintain inventory on the sales floor and coordinate with Visual Merchandiser for product placement. The role includes loading/unloading products, moving items between warehouse and showroom, and keeping the back area organized for efficient customer pickup or delivery.

The position requires lifting heavy items, flexible hours (including weekends/holidays), and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs.
• Able to communicate with others and work in a team.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange showroom floor inventory and set up incoming products.
• Wrap and store sold items for delivery or pickup.
• Move items from warehouse to floor and monitor quality.
• Document product receipts and maintain backroom organization.
• Build furniture and use hand tools as needed.
• Perform weekly warehouse checklist and housekeeping.
