Job summary

Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain optimal floor inventory and support the Visual Merchandiser with product placement. The role includes warehouse operations, loading/unloading, stocking, and keeping areas organized for customer pickup or delivery.

The position requires ability to lift 100 lbs, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a team-oriented, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Arrange floor inventory and incoming merchandise.
• Wrap and store sold products for delivery or pickup.
• Coordinate with Visual team to prioritize floor setup.
• Document product receipt and warehouse activity.
• Install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Keep warehouse and backroom clean and organized.
• Perform minor repairs and building maintenance tasks.
• Complete weekly warehouse checklist.
• Help reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse functions.
