Job summary

The SSI Group seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee and optimize warehouse operations without disruption to production. This hands-on leadership role requires daily floor presence to drive efficiency, inventory accuracy, and GMP compliance.

You will coordinate receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and material replenishment while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in warehousing, inventory control, logistics, or related operations.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (nutraceutical/pharma/food) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to load/unload trucks.
• Coordinate, load, and unload inbound/outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Train and support warehouse personnel for safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure ERP records match physical stock.
