Job summary

MSI Express is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, scheduling and inventory control across our Illinois facility. You will oversee receiving, shipping, and quality processes while driving improvements in throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must supervise warehouse safety and GMP compliance.
• Experience leading a warehouse shift and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong inventory management and BOM/system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all personnel work safely and the workplace is organized and clean.
• Coordinate warehouse functions on shift and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage receiving, shipping, documentation and equipment operation to maintain product quality.
• Maintain finished goods levels and coordinate with external warehouses and suppliers for deliveries.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, track ideas and measure impact.
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, equipment checks, quality inspections and material controls.
• Develop and document SOP training and ensure proper records are kept.
