Job summary

MSI is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise floor staff, oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will coordinate tasks, pull slabs from stock, move them with overhead cranes, and verify secure loading for deliveries.

Responsibilities include leading stand-up meetings, training operators on equipment, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, improving material flow with lean techniques, and delivering orders accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• 2+ years of supervisor or lead experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Proficient in safety procedures and lean methods (5S, PDCA, etc.).
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse members and oversee floor operations.
• Pull slabs from the warehouse and move with overhead cranes.
• Ensure products are secured for loading and deliveries.
• Unload slabs with forklifts and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead stand-up meetings and shift changeovers; train operators.
• Identify constraints and apply lean techniques to improve flow.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using 5S, 5 Why, PDCA.
