Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to join our full-time team in the United States. You will perform floor care tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and help maintain safe, clean facilities on shift schedules that include days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• One year of floor care or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow chemical handling guidelines and manufacturers' specs.
• Report repairs or hazards to Supervisors and follow company policies.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment; other duties as assigned.
