Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to join our team in a fast-paced environment focused on workplace safety. This full-time role involves floor care duties across designated areas, with shifts that include days and nights and weekends.

Starting pay is $17.61 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. Responsibilities include cleaning, scrubbing, sealing floors, and reporting safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 49 pounds; flexible physical stamina.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling instructions (English; Spanish as required).

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects as needed while following safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment; assist as needed.
• One year of floor care experience preferred.
