• Monitor flow of production area to ensure donations are sorted and store orders processed.
• Address employee concerns promptly and communicate resolutions with Manager.
• Ensure warehouse operates efficiently and staff stay on task to meet goals.
• Create and maintain staff schedules to provide warehouse coverage.
• Coordinate fleet management, scheduling, maintenance, and driver safety.
