Service Station Systems, Inc., a company under Northwest Pump, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to handle warehouse duties, inventory control, and vehicle-related support. You will assist with cleaning, inspections, receiving and shipping, and coordinate with operations to keep parts and tools organized.

The role requires 1–2+ years in warehouse or logistics, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate records.
• Comfort with tools, parts, and technical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and inspection of company vehicles, loading and unloading, cycle counts, etc.
• Manage parts inventory for warehouse and vehicle fleet, including receiving, organizing, labeling, and tracking tools and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date inspection and inventory records using internal software or spreadsheets.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, vendor deliveries).
• Ensure warehouse and shop areas are organized, safe, and compliant with internal protocols.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries or pickup of parts using company vehicles.
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse management on special projects and field technician support.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
