Service Station Systems, Inc. (a company under Northwest Pump) is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support vehicle upkeep, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.

The role involves maintaining clean, safe warehouse spaces, coordinating multiple shipments, and assisting with field technician operations as needed. The position requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations, strong organization, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse operations or related logistics experience.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Comfort with tools, parts, and technical systems common to warehouse environments.
• Valid driver\'s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand long periods, and work in a warehouse/shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and inspection of company vehicles, loading/unloading, and cycle counts.
• Manage parts inventory for warehouse and vehicle fleet; receive, organize, label, and track tools and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records using internal software, spreadsheets, or inventory systems.
• Coordinate shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and vendor deliveries.
• Keep warehouse and shop areas organized, safe, and compliant with internal protocols.
• Assist with deliveries or pickups of parts using company vehicles as needed.
• Collaborate with operations to complete special projects and support field technician operations.
