Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Warehouse/Events Assistant for the Frost Museum in Miami, FL. Join the Constellation team on a dynamic shift supporting warehouse operations, inventory, and event setup in a museum environment.

You will assist with catering and events support, preparing equipment and supplies, and maintaining clean, organized spaces. A flexible schedule including evenings or weekends is required to ensure event readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or event setup is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50lbs).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and efficiency; Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory; Assist with inventory tracking, stock counts, and restocking as needed; Prepare equipment and supplies for events or shipments.
