Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate 1 for a Fri–Sun, days schedule at the Avon, Indiana distribution center. You will safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship product, operating RF terminals and WMS to support store and online orders.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork and flexibility to cross-train across receiving, picking, packing and shipping. Competitive hourly pay, with potential shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• > Experience with WMS picking and RF terminals.
• > Familiarity with warehouse layouts and inventory processes.
• > Ability to learn and follow procedures and safety rules.
• > Basic math and accuracy in counting and matching numbers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders per SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
• Respond to leadership directions and support cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service.
• Assist in receiving, shipping and put-away as needed.
