Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking Warehouse Equipment Operators for First Shift Picking. The team works Sunday 6am-2:30pm and Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm near the Interstate 5 and Highway 4 interchange with overtime as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours.
• Safe operation of powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson SOPs.
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, order picker, and reach truck in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures.
• Accurately pick/receive product quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Effectively connect with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas.
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet and put in rack locations.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
