Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator for the 2nd Shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am) in California, near I-5 and Highway 4. You will operate powered industrial equipment and pick/store products while following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years of material handling equipment experience, the ability to work overtime, and a focus on safety. Competitive hourly pay with monthly incentives and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial machinery including forklifts per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick and store products in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and work as a team.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners.
• Follow standard operating procedures for task areas.
• Sort and store picked products safely.
• Participate in associate meetings and report concerns to management.

• Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked
• Average incentive over $325 per month in production based roles.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for accurate and safe completion of picking and storage activities using powered industrial equipment, including order selectors, stand-up high lifts, reach trucks, or dock stockers
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units/scanners
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked products safely in containers or on pallets
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Carry out all job responsibilities following OSHA standards and observe all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures established by the organization

Pay Range:

-$15.00 – $30.25

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
