Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. in Stockton, CA is seeking Warehouse Equipment Operators for first shift. You will operate powered industrial equipment and perform picking/storage tasks to support efficient inventory management.

The role requires 3–5 years of material handling equipment experience, overtime as scheduled, and adherence to OSHA standards. Company benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts, order pickers and reach trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, order picker, and reach truck in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
• Accurately pick/receive product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively connect with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet and put in rack locations
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
