Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator to join a dynamic team focused on flawless operations. The role supports inbound/outbound flow, safety compliance and accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will work 2nd shift (4p-12:30a) with overtime as needed, starting at $24.50/hr plus potential performance-based increases up to $5.50/hr. This position emphasizes teamwork and reliable attendance in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assists site management with Health, Safety and Environmental compliance; completes documentation as required.
• Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
• Adheres to HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
