Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Aurora, CO seeks a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our distribution center. You will safely operate powered equipment, pick and transport products, and use RF scanners to maintain accuracy.

The role requires warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety protocols. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and training opportunities, with a pay range of $22 per hour starting and a schedule

Qualifications

• Overtime availability as needed by business
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, dock stockers) preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 30 ft
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems preferred
• Reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures
• Pick, sort, stage, and transport product to locations
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems daily
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets and materials
• Maintain product accuracy, quality and safety
• Communicate with teammates and support a team environment
• Keep workspace clean, organized and safe
• Follow PPE and fall-protection rules when required
• Participate in meetings and share improvement ideas
• Perform other duties to support operations
