Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Dockworker for our warehousing team in Pennsylvania. You will unload, sort and load freight, assist with inventory and use warehouse systems to document activities. The role supports a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment and requires teamwork.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years in logistics; forklift certification is preferred. This position offers solid benefits and a path for growth within the Estes network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or considered with experience.
• 0-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience encouraged.
• Forklift certification preferred or must be obtained.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, handle and load freight safely according to instructions and regulations.
• Move freight and materials using manual handling or equipment.
• Read work orders and determine material needs and assignments.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks on time.
• Use WMS and basic computer tools to document activities.
