The Dockworker, North American, will be responsible for unloading, sorting and loading freight safely on the dock in accordance with instructions and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments.
• Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments.
• Support and promote company core values.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
