Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Dockworker, Warehousing to safely unload, sort, and load freight at our Saint Paul facility. This role supports on-site operations within a busy, hands-on warehouse environment.

You will follow instructions, use forklifts or pallet jacks when authorized, and work in a team to ensure on-time shipments. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in warehousing or freight handling.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Capable of lifting 30 lbs alone and 70 lbs with assistance.
• Forklift certification preferred or authorized use required.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and load freight safely per instructions and regulations.
• Move freight using hand tools or equipment on the dock.
• Track inventory and document shipments with WMS.
• Work in a team to meet on-time shipment goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
