Job summary

Alcon3pl is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator and Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic warehouse team in California. You will operate forklifts and related heavy equipment to load/unload and move materials throughout the distribution center, while using WMS for accurate order picking and inventory control.

You will perform routine equipment inspections, assist with shipping/receiving, and help maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in line with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse.
• Knowledge of WMS and order picking.
• Ability to perform basic equipment repairs.
• OSHA safety standards familiarity.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy loads.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load/unload goods.
• Manage order picking using WMS to fulfill customer orders.
• Inspect equipment and report/perform basic repairs.
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments against documents.
• Move materials using pallet jacks with care.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and assist with inventory.
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize layout and safety.
