Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Distribution Associate Lead in Olive Branch, MS to coordinate daily warehouse activities and support a frontline team. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will train and coach staff, monitor performance, and work with others to ensure timely service to internal and external customers. The position requires availability for the 7:00am–3:30pm shift and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, product labels, and shipping or receiving documents.
• High school diploma is optional, but preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience and demonstrated ability to train, coordinate, or guide the work of others are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments, staffing priorities, and task sequencing based on operational needs.
• Monitor safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity performance and communicate concerns promptly.
• Train and coach employees on standard work, equipment use, quality expectations, and safe work practices.
• Verify work completion, address routine process issues, and elevate exceptions requiring management support.
• Support cycle counts, process audits, housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and timely service to internal and external customers.
