Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Distribution Associate to support a busy Parts Distribution Center. You will receive, inspect, and organize inventory, pick and ship orders, and operate warehouse systems with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability, with a standard daytime shift and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and shipping/receiving documents.
• Basic math, counting, measurement, and data-entry with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and use barcode scanners, warehouse/ERP systems, computers, and related tech.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time-management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and put away inbound product in storage locations.
• Pick, replenish, pack, label, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Operate material-handling equipment after training and authorization.
• Scan and record product movements and complete warehouse system transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow location labeling and standard work requirements.
• Meet productivity and safety expectations while maintaining safe work practices.
• Support cycle counts, housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
