Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for our Olive Branch, MS distribution center. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and partner with teams to resolve discrepancies while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
• Experience in distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or related environment preferred; entry-level considered.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, labels and receiving documents.
• Basic math, counting, measurement, and data-entry with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts, location audits, and inventory verifications.
• Monitor inventory movements and warehouse system transactions for accuracy.
• Research discrepancies involving quantities, locations and transaction history.
• Complete authorized inventory adjustments with supporting documents.
• Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns teams to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring errors and support corrective actions and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate item and location information and assist with slotting or replenishment.
