Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Lead to direct and coach a team, oversee order picking, replenishment, and processing orders, and help drive production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of general labor; lead experience is preferred.

Strong oral and written communication, forklift operation, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee and direct order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.
• Train and coach employees
• Monitors performance and production goals
• Corrects errors and escalate as needed
• Creates BOLs and bills orders
• Performs computer-related tasks and runs reports
• Ensures processes and policies are followed
• Identify and correct production issues
• Maintain area organization and cleanliness
