Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and use computer and job-related software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Supervisor to support employee performance and training needs.
• Plan and maintain standard operating procedures within the department.
• Lead and guide team members in day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Communicate daily workload and priorities to ensure efficient flow of work.
• Adjust staffing levels to meet customer demand in collaboration with other leads and supervisors.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction to team members.
• Review productivity and kitting reports to support performance goals.
• Perform associate duties when necessary to support operations.
• Ensure completed goods are shipped the same day when possible.
• Report safety, quality, productivity, equipment, or personnel concerns to the Supervisor.
• Complete additional duties to support department and business needs.
