Job summary

Emerson is seeking a production supervision leader for the NPW Warehouse in Sherman, TX. This role oversees up to 25 internal staff and contractors on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 2PM-12AM), ensuring safe, quality-focused, and cost-efficient operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and coordinate with leadership to meet delivery and inventory goals while maintaining strong team communication and adherence to Lean practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of functional and/or operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Effective communication to all levels within a global organization.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule work for up to 25 internal employees and contractors.
• Develop and detail work procedures and instructions.
• Investigate service requests and set corrective actions as needed.
• Drive and be accountable for timely delivery of customer orders and inventory accuracy to meet plant goals.
• Promote continuous improvement of cost and lead-time reductions of the value stream.
• Serve as an interface between employees and staff and hold regular toolbox meetings.
