Emerson Distribution is seeking a dependable Distribution Associate to perform a range of warehouse duties. You will use RF scanners to pick orders, move goods with powered equipment, and support inventory processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions with 100% accuracy.
• Completion of Emerson-required training for powered equipment (fork trucks, stock pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk on concrete for 8+ hours.
• Work independently and in a team, especially during high‑demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner while maintaining efficiency and precision.
• Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement.
• Collaborate with leaders and peers in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Pack orders according to specific requirements, marks, and pallet configurations.
• Retrieve, transport, and stage materials as per daily schedules; load outbound trailers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow housekeeping expectations daily.
• Safely operate equipment after required training (fork trucks, stock pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Perform additional tasks to support distribution center operations.
