Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The Distribution Clerk provides administrative support to the Logistics team while utilizing the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this role, you will support both inbound and outbound operations through clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth workflow across all warehouse activities.

Rotating Schedule: Friday to Sunday & Thursday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process incoming shipment documentation.
• Update inventory records in the Blue Yonder WMS.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods.

Requirements:
