Do you thrive in roles that balance independence with teamwork? Utz Quality Foods is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Guard Shack Clerk to join our logistics and distribution team on the Week Night Shift at our Hanover, PA facility.

This full-time position runs Monday though Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, supporting around-the-clock operations that keep our products moving efficiently. You’ll split your time between the guard shack and the distribution office, helping to manage gate activity, verify documentation and maintain smooth coordination between drivers and warehouse staff.

You’ll work closely with another clerk in a two-person team, where dependability, communication, and attention to detail are key. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys contributing to a structured yet fast-moving environment.
