Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. in Coldwater, Michigan, is seeking a warehouse shipping professional to review and distribute work orders, dispatch tickets, and support the shipping floor.

You will coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor to track progress, perform dock duties, and assist with customer service as needed. This role requires 1+ year of warehouse shipping experience, strong time management, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process including, trip logging and ship confirmation.
• Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
• Assist UPS and pull orders as needed.
• Pull Freight orders as needed.
• Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
