Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Warehouse Associate to dispatch tickets, log shipments, invoice processes, dock duties, and assist Customer Service. You will work with Shipping Supervisor to track progress and ensure timely orders.

A HS diploma and 1+ year shipping experience are preferred. The role involves lifting up to 75 lbs, standing and walking for long periods, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment; attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Effective time management and planning skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
• Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
• Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.
• Pull Freight orders as needed.
• Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
