Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of scheduling or administrative experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translates orders into a sequential work schedule.
• Analyzes production specifications and capacity data to determine processes, tools, and HR requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department according to lead times.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine status of projects and expedites as needed.
• Prepares production reports and supports procurement of materials and equipment.
