Job summary

FOX Factory in Kansas is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Specialist to join our team. You will review and distribute work orders, dispatch tickets, and support shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a HS diploma and 1+ years of shipping experience; familiarity with MS Office; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; we offer competitive pay and benefits. This position is on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of prior warehouse shipping experience.
• Experience in shipping scheduling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
• Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.
• Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.
• Pull Freight orders as needed.
• Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary:

Reviewing and distributing work orders to Shipping Floor conferring with Shipping Supervisor to determine progress of work and completion times.

Position Responsibilities:

• Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.
• Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.
• Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.
